The same thing happened to me! I was supposed to be Lawrence almaundo III BUT I ended up being a girl at birth...my mom said Amanda was the closest she could think of going off of my dad's middle name 😂

I have no idea and my parents did not find out the sex until I was born. Knowing the sex beforehand was unheard of or maybe not practiced much.

I also was spanked on the bum like in the old movies/cartoons.

I would have been Kanan if I were a boy.

I think my name would have been Joseph if I was a boy. My parents also wanted to name me Victoria

Victor 🤣 they were told the whole time that I was a boy. They were in for a surprise at the end. My mom couldn't pick a name and after three days she wanted to go home so picked the first name that came to mind.

They told me mom I was a boy her whole pregnancy! My name was supposed to be Liam David

I wanna say Justin. I recall my mom telling me I would have been a Justin lol but they didn’t know my gender until I was born. My older brother though! They thought he was a girl until he was born and they said “it’s a boy!” 😂

I was a boy until my dad looked over the curtain (mom had a csection) and was like “uhhh not a boy!” 😂

I don’t know about names but I’m a twin and my mom didn’t know she was having twins until 2 weeks before we were born 😳 So I was a surprise! I was hiding under my sister the whole time.

My name was going to be the same either way. I think they were going to spell it differently, though (Devin instead of Devon)
