So the car seat company just contacted me saying I need to destroy her car seat and show proof before they will send me a new one 🙄 idk if I should. But with everything going on I don’t wanna not have a seat for her at all. It could take forever to get here 🤔

this is what we have to do with car seats (and most baby products) when we get returns at my store. even if it was never opened we have to open it, cut the straps and smash it in the compactor.

I had to do the same thing after my car accidents. They never made me take a picture tho. Lol

I guess they gotta make sure I don’t keep the original one because it’s a safety issue. I’m just gonna wait about a week or so
