Our lovely neighbors upstairs constantly throw their garbage among other things over the balcony. Meat bones, food, glass beer bottles, buckets of who knows what and their 8 yr old urinates off the deck too. They’re very rude, inconsiderate and noisy/loud! All day everyday stomping, jumping, sliding furniture around, dropping stuff, yelling and don’t get me started on the loud music yelling parties they have and waking my son up during naps and bedtime. Our manager refuses to do anything about it. Police have talked to them once and ever since then they’re refuse to open the door for them and refused to give their name and I.D Our manager seemed oblivious when we told him we’ve called the police on them before! It’s so frustrating. Can hardly wait to move in a few months.

Tell the landlord you will be calling the health department, since throwing garbage all over your property, is unsanitary and poses a risk to you and your children. If they do that... imagine what their house must look like. Your landlord needs to start taking this seriously. Disgusting.

Yes we’re renting, we live in an apartment. We’ve told our landlord plenty of times and doesn’t do a thing about it. It’s very maddening.

People are nasty who does this!! I would already be in jail for loosing my shit. I toss scraps out in my yard but hell I don’t like on the second floor of a damn apartment lol why would anyone think that’s ok.

Yes we should. Maybe then he’d get the message. Our landlord also isn’t very pleasant to work with. He likes to harass us about our dog saying he’s viscous and charges etc. oh yeah sure. He likes to great people at the door and that’s it, otherwise he wants to play and be petted all the time. He’s a collie mix, yeah so vicious 🙄 he also planted a dog turd outside our front door asking if it came from our dog. We take our dog out the patio for one and there are other dogs in the building.
I had a neighbor (a few years back) that did this. It was her HS daughter that would throw q tips, used tissues and used pads bunched up (out of her bedroom window)on our back entrance walkway. We reported it right away to the property owner and the mother apologized for her daughter and it stopped shortly after. Never had issues with them before we moved. Her mother was a nice person.

I’d bag up that trash and go pour it all over there porch 💯 I’d make it very hard for them to want to live there they would learn
I keep telling my husband I feel like throwing it back up on their deck. They’re very arrogant people and would probably start something.
