I know this isn't a medical forum but I'm just scaring myself reading those. My LO is in the bath and just breathed in the water through his nose, only a small amount. Should I be concerned that the water will have gone to his lungs?

Omg I thought I was the only one who worried about this! He will be ok if it was a tiny bit he most probably swallowed it xx

Mayas done this a few times! Should be alright if he’s coughed etc! Pat his back for 10 mins xx

I wouldn’t worry but I would just keep an eye out just incase. Highly unlikely theres anything wrong but when you inhale water like that you don’t always see the effects straight away, they can make pockets in the lungs. Just keep an eye out :)

Highly unlikely, just keep eye out on any raised temps or chesty caugh Which I suppose isn't overly helpful given CV 19.
