Think it depends on what you need. Last year my youngest was in nursery 2 days a week while I was at uni, this year was at a childminder as she took my eldest to school and picked him up for me too. I love that my childminder took my son to the woods and parks and to places nearby to see helicopters ect.

I’ve done both jobs and I’d say nursery due to reliability. You don’t have to worry about childminders holiday or sickness.
