Can anyone help me, my baby is nearly 3 weeks and I have now decided I want to try breast feeding. I have tried a couple of times today but he just doesn’t seem to be having it.. he cries when I try getting him to latch on? I don’t know what to do? Do I just get him to keep trying?
Have a scroll down through feed someone asked this earlier in the same boat. I think general advice was to do lots of skin to skin, keep trying but try and be relaxed and electric pump. I'm not sure if advice is different if dried up.
From you tube videos I have watched on getting them to latch (still pregnant with 1st) try and Express a little and rub on top lip so they can taste and smell.
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
Totally irrational so please no judgement... baby daddy is over for visitation and he took Karoline's picture and it infuriated me. I don't want him having pictures of my daughter. He just posts them on social media and claims how we keep him from Karoline and what a great dad he is even though he doesn't do shit. How do I get over this mamas? I'm really struggling with it lately. I just don't want him to have any part, seeing him with my daughter disgusts me .
Who else has financial issues within their relationship?? Or am I just lucky 🙄🙄
Not sure if I'm being just mean or what. But my SO used $160 from me this morning. I gave him my bank card because he needed $60 to get material for work. His boss was going to give it back to him at the end of the day. So instead of $60 he took out $160. Which I was a little pissed. (One of the reasons I just can't let him use my card. I have to go get the money from the atm myself if I'm giving it to him) then, to...
Make your own breakfast!
At what age do you think a child should be making their own breakfast? I have a 10 year old and I think he is perfectly capable of making himself breakfast. It doesn't take rocket science to put some waffles into the toaster, or microwave some pancakes. My husband insists that he needs to have breakfast made for him because if we left it up to him he wouldn't eat enough and it would take him forever.
WEIRD BUT GENUINE QUESTION
My SO and I are having a debate. If you're bathing your baby and he/she pees in the water, do you drain it and start over or just continue on? I drain it and start over, he thinks I'm weird! He says there's way more water than pee, you're almost done just hurry, finish and get him out! I just think ewww I'm trying to get him clean, I don't think a soak in pee pee water is gonna help that! Is he just a weird gross boy or am I legitimately the crazy one y'all?!?! Sorry ...
Try to get some out yourself so you have a bit of milk on your nipple and then get baby to latch on- good luck 😊
