I always had terrible back pain during the first couple days of my period.  Later found out I have a very tipped uterus!  Two kids later, it’s not nearly as bad as it used to be.

Extremely painful. I end up practically bed riden from the pain the first day 🤷‍♀️ doctors seem to think im being over the top and "cramps are normal during menstruation mam." 🤦‍♀️
