Hey girls I need help..
my baby is 2 weeks and 5 days old, he has been bottle fed since birth, but I would really like to try and breast feed, is this okay to do? Any tips on how? Many thanks!❤️

Has your milk dried up? You can relactate if might just take a bit of time. Lots of skin to skin with baby, offer the breast as much as possible. Baby’s saliva will encourage milk production so even if you aren’t producing at the moment it will signal to your body that it needs to start. If you have a pump, look up power pumping. Drink lots of water and eat as well as you can. It’s definitely possible.

@ellie.case1234, that’s good! It should be much easier to do then. Get the baby on the boob as much as you can. Look up latches on you tube to find one you’re comfortable with an just go for it. Young breastfed babies feed a lot so you might feel like little one is constantly eating but this will help establish your supply. I’d offer boob first then top up with the bottle until you’re sure your supply is fully back.

Short Luteal Phase? I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
Things I never thought I'd say... Until I became a mom:
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?
