Question mommies. What activities/tools did you use to teach your LO their colors and shapes 🤔??

I have flash cards and we say them and I use double to make a fun matching game out of it. He loves it. Although he's 3 and in pre school learning more, I know other parents who do it also. They also have fun games on phones and tablets for them. My son loved the game where you pop the color balloons and they say the color.

Puzzles are great. For my daughter and clients I had a stacking puzzle. I would organize the shapes by similarities and then organize them by color too. I would make them mimic after I identified the color or shape

We used ball pit balls for colors, working on something for shapes not sure yet

We have colored blocks, stack bowls, and books. And we say the color of the thing so she recognizes that it is the color. For example if there is a block on the floor, can you please put your green block away. With the books I started by just reading them, now I make them a game, where I ask where is yellow, red ect. When we started she just pointed randomly now she actually gets most of them right.
