Has anyone had to deal with depression? Post-partum or just post children depression? What works?

I’m actually on depression meds right now. It got severely bad.

I'm medicated but still struggle. It's a process between you and your doc, goin back and forth to find out what works for YOU. What works for me might not work for you.
