Really need some advice ladies, right it's about skye, should I be worried that's she not walking yet??? She can walk all around the house if I hold her hands, and she can walk around a room holding on to furniture as she goes along. She can't stand very long not assisted, basically I'll be holding her and then I'll take my hands away and as soon as she realises that I'm not holding her she sits down. She looks quite nervous if I'm not holding her while she's standing, so I'm thinking it's a confidence issue? She's done all her milestones so rolling over, crawling ect.... but it took a little longer then the " Normal" age its suppose to happen. Also her talking isn't amazing I mean she babbles all day and she can say mummy and daddy but doesn't say anything else. I might be over thinking it but it's because ava has autism and a developmental delay that's making me think about skye. I'm going to take skye to see the health visitor on tuesday but just wanted to see what you mummies think?? Xxx
Thanks hun, hearing other mums say its okay is so good to hear, I over think things and then start worrying 🙈 x
She sounds to me like she's on the right track and I wouldnt worry to much, she will soon learn when she has confidence and will let go that's the only thing putting her off n she will do it soon n then these nothing down for you😂 xx
I think she's doing good 😊, just taking her time , I'll still take her to see the health visitor but I don't know I have a gut feeling she's okay, just needs to gain confidence x
No dont be worried atool (though easier said than done I know)! Chelseas only just started walking unaided confidently in the past couple of months. Skyes time will come! xx
