I started tummy time at different times with my kids .
Kaleb and Kingston at a month and Liam at 2 weeks.
Tummy time is VERY crucial to your child’s development. Started tummy time at 2 weeks with Liam and he was rolling over by 3 months old front to back and back to front. Tummy time also reduces the chances of your babes getting a flat head and also helps with motor skills!
But to answer your question , tummy time. I feel/ just my opinion - no other way to help strengthen those muscles but I am open to suggestions 🙃
@twinpower_94, your baby needs to master front to back first. Do you have light up toys or any toys that will get babies attention? Place just out of reach.
