I was pulled over without a drivers license in Michigan, my licenced bf was drinking so I drove. We were pulled over for his plate light being out. The cop suggested to obtain it before court and I did. What will be my punishment?
This happened to my husband. He got pulled over without a license and he got his license b4 his court date and the judge waved it. He also said there was a lady there that got a ticket for the same thing at the same time he did but didn’t get her license and the judge made her pay fees. Hopefully the judge will just waive the fees for you
In my department if they tell you to obtain it before court that means they're gonna dismiss the ticket and you wont have to pay the fine.
If you get your license before court the judge can lower your charge to driving without your license on your persons. They may waive the charge completely. It just depends on the judge.
@momof1boy_3girls the charge was dropped to something lower 0 points but I have to come up with $550 dollars
@shannamarie, I’m so sorry! They should’ve dropped everything! You were doing the right thing by not letting your licensed Bf who was drinking drive! That’s so unfair!
@momof1boy_3girls i didn't even get to explain that to him
They would have arrested you on the spot if they were going to do anything with jail. I had the same thing happen and I got my license before hand and had it waived!
@kaycharwy312, NEVER plead guilty, REGARDLESS of what they have on you. ALWAYS, plead "No contest". You're not admitting guilt but not denying they may have proof either.
@leonardsquared I honestly never knew that was an option lol
@kaycharwy312, YASSS girl! They usually charge you a little more in fines when pleading Guilty as well. I have a past I'm not proud of....

@shannamarie I'm just scared if they put me in jail
If it’s your first tome getting pulled over you might get it waived
@shannamarie, have you been pulled over ?? And do you have a clean driving record??
@jaybird1988 never, and yes. Squeaky clean.
@shannamarie, Then yea you will probably get off with just a warning and get the ticket waived, especially if you just explain to the judge your man was drinking and couldn’t drive
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...

I wore my first ever mini dress for my husbands birthday yesterday. I think I pulled it off ????.
Got pulled over
On our way home from a friend's house this evening. It was 11pm and I was driving my husband and three kids home. I asked why the cop pulled me over and he said because I had my high beams on - which I did but then turned them off when I got behind the car in front of me (which was the cop).
Okay . My son has been dragging his chest strap down for the last two days . Has anyone else had this issue ? He’s literally so strong . How can i stop it or fix it or something? . I literally had to pull over 3 times in a 25 min car ride to fix it
