ok its just you had assumed from your temps that you had ovulated and were a certain dpo and that you hsd implantation spotting so i thought vaginal temping Would be mroe accurate because its not affected by outside factors like snoring or having a cold, or sleeping with your mouth open the way oral temps are affected by those things.

Do you use vaginal temping? Its mroe accurate than oral temping.

I had got my period now waiting for ovulation so I think oral temping is okay for now
