Ok how would explain to a brand new coworker that they are slow and need to pick of their pace without coming across as a bitch? Side information the coworkers' mother is best friends with the boss
I work at subway. She great at cleaning she's just slow at it and at making sandwiches and she takes everything personally and starts crying

A big order came in from hubby's coworker! So excited! #couponinglife

And now I've moved on to fixing my stock pile. Way too bored! I'm giving stuff away to husbands coworkers tomorrow 😢
I’ve likely been exposed to the corona virus. My coworker has been at work all week while her husband was at home waiting for his test results to come back. He tested positive.

Cutest little outfit from my coworker. Daddy loves this one 🎀

He's making sweet potato pies for me to share with my coworkers.
What kind of work? I work in HR and always start something like that out with praise, concern, suggestion and motivation. “You are doing great at X, Y and Z. But I’m alittle worried about the pace we are going because we could fall behind. Let’s try to have X done by 2 today. I know we can do it!” Also, tone plays a big part on how employees perceive things!
