I failed my 1 hour glucose test and now I'm freaking out. I didnt have to fast for the first one but for the 3 hour they're making me. All the nurse told me was to "clean up my diet for a few days then come in". I was at 160 they wanted it below 140. Any tips?!

I didn’t eat anything sweet the day before. And you fast from 12pm that night. But I fast by 8pm. The 3hr is easier though.

Same thing happened to me. When you do the 3 hour test they are gonna have you fast the night before the test I’m sure you will pass it mama don’t stress!
