for constipation: i had the problem since i started taking my prenatal vitamins and plus my hormones also make me constipated. i tried alot of methods including oatmeal. something told me to buy "high fiber" oatmeal (maple brown sugar). lets just say it DOES help. sorry if this is TMI but im sure it may help someone.
