Nutella icing

Ingredients

1 cup butter, softened

1/2 up Nutella

1/4 cup cocoa powder

2 1/2 cups powdered sugar

2-4 Tablespoons heavy cream

1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Instructions

Beat together the butter, Nutella and powdered sugar in the bowl. I use a hand mixer.

Scrape down the bowl and add the vanilla extract and heavy cream. Beat on medium speed for an additional minute til fluffy. Usually takes about 4mns. I add a pinch of salt to balance flavor but it is optional.

Ganache -

10oz dark chocolate chips

100z heavy cream.

Heat heavy cream, pour into a bowl with chips. Let it sit for 5 minutes then mix well.
