My baby is almost 3 weeks old! I’ve noticed small red bumps on his right cheek and I kept an eye on it and over the past week it has spread to the other cheek, his forehead and chin. It’s not on his body only his face. I’ve already made an appointment with his pediatrician but any advice?? It just seems to get worse everyday and I’ve been using baby detergent on everything including my clothes

@erickamoran28, like @bodybycheetos said I just put my breast milk on his face and it eventually went away on it’s own. There’s not really much you can do but let it go away on its own. My friend used to try and pop her babies. 😖 you def shouldn’t do that.
Sounds like it could be baby acne has previous people said.
@erickamoran28 definitely looks like baby acne. If you breastfeed you can put some of your milk on it. Otherwise it will go away on its own.
Def sounds like baby acne. My son had it really bad around three weeks also.
