I’ve been having contractions all day. Haven’t really timed them but now I’m feeling so nauseous I can’t sleep and I have horrible diarrhea. I’m due March 20th but baby is measuring a week ahead so that puts me at 37 weeks. I’ve already been to labor and delivery because of contractions and had to get a shot to stop them. I lost my mucus plug like a week ago. I know it can grow back but could I be possibly going into labor soon?
The only reason I think I could be a little farther a long then I think is because the “period” I had was very light and I mean spotting light and only 2-3 days. Could have very well been implantation bleeding but my dr went with it being my last “period”. The baby has measured “ahead” my whole pregnancy. 🤷🏼♀️
@hollieletcher01, did you by chance have an early ultrasound? Those are the most accurate. But a week won’t truly make much difference other than maybe they will come sooner 😊 🤞
@whereswaldo, yeah girl I did. He has always measured a week “bigger” but for some reason they went by my last “period” even though I told them how it was 🤷🏼♀️ I’m just praying that I go into labor on my own because I do NOT want to be induced. I don’t know exactly when I conceived with this baby like I did with my first. This sweet boy wasn’t planned. I had to take clomid to get pregnant with my first baby and use opks and knew exactly when I ovulated and dates of everything.
Vaginal labor is so easy I would rather take the contractions any day than to have to have a c section
I have a low tolerance of pain so I’m screwed either way 😂 but I am going to get through a natural birth no matter what!
Quick question: Are the contractions or pushing the most painful?
I’ve felt contractions with my first and omg. But I didn’t experience the pushing. He was way to tiny.
So I’ve noticed being on this app a lot of women go into labor around 35-38 weeks.. or induced.
I have a feeling I’m going to be in thoses weeks but just curious how many of you have made 40+ weeks??
Question for you mamas. So I have started dilating and still having contractions and lots of cramping along with back pain and leg aches. But the worst of them all is the vaginal pressure. I know labor can take forever or go by super quickly. I’ve never gone into labor naturally so trying to time my contractions I’m kinda useless lol. I just know I’m in pain. Should I go in? I hate the thought of being admitted and uncomfortable just to be sent home lol
I'm in labor
Guys, I've been in labor I guess since 9pm Sunday. .that I know.
It could mean it’s near or it could be your body prepping. I contracted for a solid month with my oldest before I finally went into active labor. Also just because you are measuring ahead doesn’t mean gestational wise the baby is ahead. Just means the baby is a little larger, not older. 😊 Hang in there ❤️
