Do you guys think that this is a rash or eczema it gets really dry and flaky but it’s only on her face

Could it be a rash from formula? Like maybe it was on her face and got sticky or something? Idk. Are u nursing? If so u can put a little breast milk on it and it should clear it up. Either way she’s adorable

It’s eczema my little one has the same. His pediatrician prescribed a cream to see if that works but she told me to also get aquaphor
