Edit: He will be seeing the specialist routinely for up to a year. He doesn’t have to be hospitalized&& they’re starting him on the medication on the lowest dose( it’s heart medication, so it slows the heart rate) so pretty much we’ll being adjusting as he gets older.

Poor papa... my niece has something similar but it’s on her forehead in the eyebrow area. Are they hopefully it will decrease in size on the medication?

That’s what he’s hoping, he said that everyone reacts to the meds differently but the meds usually work. If not they’ll adjust as needed. Then surgery is last option
