A week ago my ex husband sent me a court date for child support in the mail box that he is dragging me to court that he cant support his own children.... meanwhile he married again but with a 17/18 year old girl while his own ass is in his late 30's....

Tthe biggest problem is that he waived his visitation rights

@iqrahp5 that's not really a problem. Just means his child support will be higher because you have them year round. Sounds like he's a dick.

And the divorce was done in June of 2019 and he got married in August

The new marriage is irrelevant to child support and visitation court hearings. Take a deep breath. I've been in your shoes and it's not a great feeling. Just focus on your kids from here on out. Let him take you to court so what. He'll make his bed when he's ordered to support his children. Make sure that you request it automatically gets taken from his paycheck and only communicate with him about the children from now on.
