Yep but that's how I always know my iron is low. It's the only time I can eat ice without it hurting my teeth. It's weird. 🤣
Yeah definitely might be a sign of an iron deficiency. Bring it up to your OB at your next appt.

I keep forgetting to bring it up at my ob visits but I go back on Friday so I'll make sure to! They’ll prob have to take a blood sample to test that right?
