What put you into labor? I am D O N E. my back is always hurting, constantly getting headaches & heart burn. I want to try and induce it myself before my induction next Thursday.

Rough sex works best , I started bleeding after and two days later I had the baby .
Both of my babies were stubborn. They were both over due my son 5 days(stress made him come on his own) and my daughter 7 days over with an induction
I drink hot tea and rolled and on my yoga ball and went for long walks daily and I went into active labor one day before my due date.. not sure if those did anything but I tried to get things going lol
Sex ruptured my membranes with my first & caused me to contract & dilate to 5cm with my second.
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
With both it was walking. I walked almost 3 miles with my first when my water broke. With my 2nd I wasnt trying to go into labor but was walking with my oldest around a park my app said I did a little over a mile and my water broke 4 hours later.
