What put you into labor? I am D O N E. my back is always hurting, constantly getting headaches & heart burn. I want to try and induce it myself before my induction next Thursday.

With both it was walking. I walked almost 3 miles with my first when my water broke. With my 2nd I wasnt trying to go into labor but was walking with my oldest around a park my app said I did a little over a mile and my water broke 4 hours later.

I drink hot tea and rolled and on my yoga ball and went for long walks daily and I went into active labor one day before my due date.. not sure if those did anything but I tried to get things going lol
