Any medicine suggestions for a severe sinus infection. I’ve tried to use saline nasal spray and not take any otc medicine but now it’s gotten to the point where my face physically hurts where my sinuses are. I’m desperate. 😩

Sounds like you need a doctor and maybe some antibiotics.

denore My pediatrician sed if my baby reach 100.4 bring to emergency room so if ur baby goes
