Any medicine suggestions for a severe sinus infection. I’ve tried to use saline nasal spray and not take any otc medicine but now it’s gotten to the point where my face physically hurts where my sinuses are. I’m desperate. 😩

You probably need antibiotics like the above stated. Hope you feel better.
