Okay, fitness junkies this question is for you! I’ve been dieting since Monday. Starting weight was 158 (goal weight is 130) and I’ve been eating so clean and watching my calories, I’ve cut out things that will make me gain weight and every day since Monday I’ve lost a pound. Yesterday morning I was 153.8. I stepped on the scale this morning after I did my business and I’m back up to 154.6. I have no idea why! 😩☹️ I was honestly expecting to see something like 152 this morning.

Your weight fluctuates, totally normal, take a deep breath, keep working at it. Dont let it discourage you!!!

Weight changes through out the day and what you do. You will have a point that your weight won’t change at all, keep doing what you are doing and don’t look at the scale those are just numbers. Check the scale if needed every two weeks to see your progress. Congratulations on those 4lbs 😁 you are doing amazing.

Don't weigh yourself!!! Your body naturally has water weight and your weight fluctuates. If you must weigh in.. Do so after 2 weeks!
To add in a kicker, if you are working out... You can "gain weight" from gaining muscle!!
No worries. You got this!

It could be water weight you might do that for awhile before you can tell but that don’t mean anything if your counting micros some ppl look bigger but actually weigh less because muscle weighs more then fat you also can’t spot reduce it will be some of your whole body.. size wise

Yes don’t weigh yourself so frequently. Your weight will change daily and even throughout the day. If u wanna weigh yourself often I’d suggest doing it weekly!

You can also get a scale that measures BMI, muscle mass, water weight, etc. That way you can see what’s going on. I just got one at Walmart for around $25.
