What is something you make sure you do every day despite how hectic being a mom and life can be?

Work out for atleast an hour!

Shower, makeup, and play sims for like 30 mins at least 😅

Take a shower alone

i try to make sure i get to shower alone at some point. or at least just with my husband rather than children lol. or having to rush my shower because the baby is occupied playing in there but that only lasts a few minutes before she’s bored and wants out lol. so i try to make time for a real deal nice 30 minute shower lol.

I also make all the beds in the am and do all the dishes during the day. I don’t like when there’s dishes in the sink. I do try to read a little everyday but right now I’m in between books

I have to tidy up the living room area so it’s all clean. Otherwise I feel anxious and can’t relax. Then I sit in my clean living room, watch Netflix or read and relax after the kids go to bed 😂

for me it's a tea and one of the crime docs I watch on Netflix and a shower I love my showers even if it's with a toddler lol

I make my bed. If I don't do anything else in the day, at least I accomplished one thing. 😂

Dishes 😂 but seriously, brush my hair, brush my teeth, and atleast every other day shower and straighten my hair if not every day

Shower. I've honestly never understood the mom's who say I haven't showered in a week. It takes 2 seconds to jump in and at least wash your body and face.

Mine is the same as yours showering. But I really want to make time everyday for reading and writing. It helps with my anxiety a lot so it’s something I need to make time for. So thanks for this post for reminding me to make time for myself lol.

I’m the same as u I have to shower every day. It’s the first thing I do in the am, right after getting a cup of coffee.

I have to put my make up on. No matter what. It isn't much, foundation, concealer (hides the dark circles lol) and mascara. It makes me feel more awake and alive. I do also make an effort to put together an outfit. I'm a sahm and it keeps my mental health in check when I put myself together every morning even if I have no plans.
