I’m upset that Walmart would put a returned damaged item back on their shelf. I’m also upset I didn’t notice that it was already opened and returned until I got home 🙄 and there’s a bad storm coming so I guess I won’t be able to take it back until tomorrow. I feel like if it was already opened and labeled as damaged it should at least be discount price!

I've gotten a photo book and wrote names in it and put pics in and it wore so I took it back and a few days later went to get another one and saw my old one back with our names on it. I was pissed off when I saw it. I took it back to customer service
Smh that’s crazy🤦♂️ to make this worse it was a potty training toilet for my son! Like that’s disgusting what if the child before me had already used it 🤢
That happened to me once. And it was a hair clipper. A USED hair clipper. Someone had bought an expensive ass one, put their old one (that was a whole different brand) back into the container and returned it. Nobody checked it and it didn't look like the box was even opened. Most disgusting thing ever.
