Why is it so stressful house hunting?! I keep finding something wrong with each house 😭 I'm so over it!

That kinda how we got into our place now. We came from NY to GA & the only way to find a place was through pictures. I hated having to do that.

Get a realtor. Tell them what you like in a home and what you won't even consider if a certain thing is in it. They can be super helpful and it's double the amount of houses to look at with you already searching.
To add to your pickiness- ask when the last time the roof and water heater were replaced!
Oh oh, also, drive passed the houses at night and on the weekend if possible to see how it is then or if the neighbors are noisy with music or parties.
Then I was apartment hunting (before I had kids) I was so picky! I had to like the kitchen,bathroom and closet space. I could love the apartment and hate one of those 3 and not get it.
I'm afraid of how I'll be when we start looking for a house 🤣
This is so relatable. After looking at house for 6mths...we finally just bought land & built bc I was too damn picky. 😂
We are going to be house hunting to buy here in a couple months, probably by spring, anyways. Whenever I get excited about it too people and say " I cant wait to move this year!" They all laugh and tell me the same thing, I would stay comfy, it can take a long time to find "the house".
It took us almost a year, due to me being the pickiest asshole ever 😂
Renting or buying ? If you renting you gonna just have to find something close to what you cause to get what you want is like 1700 a month and for all that buy a house , if your buying a house your best bet will be to find a realtor
@spicydisaster, lol girl you can paint the walls yourself and everywhere in Georgia it’s mostly carpet , look for places that have good yard space , and good school districts everything else you can fix over time
@madrex2 lol I'm lazy when it comes to that type of stuff 😭. But we're also new so it's hard knowing the neighborhood is actually quiet & safe. I have to do more research. I'm homeschooling so the schools dont really matter to me. We have until March 31st to find something & be all packed up.

My so and I haven't been able to have cats for years. Last year we moved into our own house. So says we can have a cat now.
So hard to be so close and so far apart I pass by your house twice a day youre in an arms reach but im still so alone

So, it should totally be illegal for parents to drive their kids from house to house, or follow them in their cars for trick or treating. Our neighborhood was packed with cars of people doing this, and it's so dangerous for all the kids excitedly running from house to house.
And just super lazy parenting.
