I’m trying to enjoy this pregnancy (thinking it’ll be possibly our last) but even with my first at this point of pregnancy everything is so exhausting and uncomfortable!
Sleeping lately has been awful! I switch from side to side all night and peeing every sip of water I take . What is sleep 💤
Growth scan tomorrow and we’re picking my csection date !

Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
is it against pregnancy 101 law if I sleep on my right side or my back instead of my left side?

I try to fall asleep on my left side but always wake up on my back or on my right side, is it really that bad not to be on my left?, I have horrible SPD and it's so uncomfortable on my left side so I must be turning in my sleep x
Is it good to lay on your back during pregnancy? I sleep on my side never sleep on my back. But I sometimes wants to lay on my back but some people say not too?
