Delivered a week ago via C-section. About the same amount of blood, keep them around just in case. Everyone is different, but your body will definitely go through lochia (after birth - discharge from the uterus after labor) the same as vaginal delivery.

I bled worse after my c section than I did when I had my daughter vaginally. Just keep those big pads around. You’ll need them.
