woke up this morning and my vagina is the size of texas. Its sooo swollen ! What the heck is happening?!? I'm only 28 weeks, I remember this happening last time around 38-40 weeks !

All these posts about women having leaking nipples at 15 and 16 weeks is confusing me. why is that happening so early? I guess maybe it doesn't happen to everyone because I'm 25 weeks and it's never happened once. my boobs aren't even sore anymore.
