If you are renting, I would tell them your landlord now knows and brought it to your attention its on the lease for guests to only stay 14 days (or x amount) because they are not on the lease so they need to find other residency asap. Also throw out that you and your husband review the tapes and dont appreciate the disrespect when you are doing nothing but trying to help them but they took advantage of that by not doing their part. I say they're lucky if y'all don't press charges. Since the marijuana is a prescription, I wonder if they can be busted to stealing prescription medications 🤔

@courtney017, I would still do it. You are paying for the rent. I am not sure what your lease says but most say guests are ok to stay for X amount of days before it is breaking the lease you made. And therefore the owner can then kick you out.

Give them a two week notice in writing! You need documentation in case this has to be taken to court or cops called.

They stole your man's herb then once stoned, she comin back for the cereal..I mean, that's not TOO hard to figure out. Get them out before they've been there 30 days! You'll have to serve them with an eviction after that.

Give them a date before they have been there for 30 days. Get it notarized, usually someone at the bank can do that. Usually after 30 days they establish residence and you have to give them an eviction notice after that. Tell them exactly how it will be. And on the date of you can have officers help you assist them out.

Definitely give then a get the fuck out date and tell them, you have cameras in the house and you have seen them being shady asses and its disrespectful considering what you guys are doing for them.
