Paragaurd because I was scared to get my tubes tied. It’s effective for 10 years and none hormonal. Down sides extra discharge and heavier periods. Not positive if periods are worse because of paragaurd or just because I’ve had two babies. I went to the mini pill after my son, had issues remembering to take it.
