Paragaurd because I was scared to get my tubes tied. It’s effective for 10 years and none hormonal. Down sides extra discharge and heavier periods. Not positive if periods are worse because of paragaurd or just because I’ve had two babies. I went to the mini pill after my son, had issues remembering to take it.
Pull out for now ..I’ve had every bc under the sun it’s sucks I bled for two years with the nexplanon had that 3 different times the had the mireana the wires got wrapped around my uterus

The pill. Lo ovral, but i guess it didn't work out for me. Expecting baby#4 now
