What age did your babies know their name? Harrison still doesn’t know his name. He’s never responded to anyone saying his name🤷🏻♀️

Caleb knows his name when I started to think there was something wrong with jack my 3 year old that was one of the things that triggered me to get him looked at he’s now diagnosed with autism and still don’t respond to his name x
My partner has autism so I’ve been on the lookout for signs of it. Do you mind me asking what signs you seen when he was Harrison’s age?xx

5/6 months I would say but remember every child is different and learn at different paces, they r all unique. U probably already do this but try saying his name before asking him to do something or speaking to him to see if it makes a difference.
Yeah we’ve always called him by his full name since he was born and so does everyone else. He doesn’t really look at anyone when they speak to him. xx
@kathleenc, if your concerned then contact your HV or gp. There’s maybe no issue but if he’s not hitting key social milestones it may be an indication of something underlying. Trust your instincts and don’t accept the “it will come in time” line from professionals.
Willow was 5 month old but sometime wen we say her name she ingorne us but smile .

My daughter is 7 months and has known her name from around 5 months. Think that's because we constantly say it everytime we talk to her
I’m like a broken record constantly saying his name but he doesn’t seem to to know that’s who he is. He doesn’t seem to understand anything we say to him. xx
Not sure but think Noah was few months old, probably due to kids constantly saying his name lol xx
I think Mia knows hers but she does ignore me a lot 😂 I think she’s known it for a while
Although now at 4 years old, sometimes me talking to her just doesn’t register lol 😆 she pretends to not hear me
