okay so I am probably just being a helicopter mom about it but what do yall think? so my BDs brother is in the hospital and he has no one else to walk his dog for him. so my BD is about to go over there with my daughter and her 11 year old sister to walk the dog. Call me crazy but I'm a little bit anxious with her watching her. shes a pretty responsible girl and she's very smart it's just that she has been very sheltered so it makes me worry a little bit. Also my almost 2 year old can get really crazy sometimes to the point where I'm stressed tf out. I'm sure they'll just be playing or watching videos during that time but what I'm not sure is if it's even okay to let an 11yo watch a 2yo even it is for half an hour.

wow that's too much for a 9 year old but I agree she needs more responsibilities. shes still get woken up for school, not allowed to use the microwave or a knife, and has to be walked to and from the school bus stop 500 ft from the front door. also she started her period last month but still gets treated like a 5yo
@dankerson, omg lol that’s ok tho you can start small it’s a lot on a kid sometimes ..I feel like my kids have a lot to learn still and they already do a lot my oldest gets herself up at 6 walks to school same with my 11 yr old they have different chores and make a lot of there own food I basically raised myself so I don’t think it’s that weird 😂
@kush_queen420 that's good they can be responsible for themselves and have chores. Her only chore is to keep her room clean which she doesn't do, their dad cleans her room after she leaves to grandma's for the weekend. I always tell him shes going be a senior in high school still getting her clothes laid out lol when I first met her she was 7 and her dad was in the hospital I had to literally change her out of pajamas and into uniform for school because she couldn't do it herself. I kind of raised my self too so I ain't doing that sheltered baby stuff with my kids
@bodybycheetos @j.family1215 yeah cab drivers creep me out especially at night I'd rather do public transportation. they facetimed me and their big cousins are at the house and will be watching them now. so it's been a roller coaster of emotions

I’m old, but I used to babysit other people’s children at 11. I know people don’t do that anymore, but if it’s literally a half hour, I think it’s fine. That’s just me.

Transgender children
So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. Trigger. Lost baby
Went in for my 20 week check up and found out our son had passed away. Nothing was wrong, my pregnancy has been going great. I'm so numb right now. I'll he delivering him later this week.
