Elderly lady trying to explain her situation and the receptionist is talking over her
Elderly lady: young lady I'm trying to explain to you the mix up with the appointments
Receptionist: ma'am I don't see the appointment and you need to have a seat and wait to see if you will be seen
Elderly lady: I do have an appointment with another doctor since my primary doctor is out
Receptionist: interrupts lady and states have a seat wait for an appointment
Elderly lady: young lady may I please speak to the office manager. You don't seem to want to hear what I'm saying
Receptionist: ignores lady and starts to talk to her collegue.
Me: 😠😠just watching
Elderly lady: Young lady since you want to be rude let me have your name so that I may report you in regards to your conduct.
Receptionist: miss have a seat please
Me: walks to receptionist.. Why are you so F** Rude that's an older woman speak to her with respect.
Patients in waiting area: I know that's right
Receptionist: I wasn't rude to her (humble)
Me: yes you are! That lady is trying to tell you that her appointment is with another doctor. We all can hear what she's saying.
Manager comes .. Ms how can I help you?
Me: this woman over here has an appointment and your medical assistant is being blatantly rude. Can you help this lady please
Walks back to my seat.. staring at the girl hoping she say something w/ her ugly self 😂
I can't stand when our elders are disrespected, one of my biggest pet peeves!
I was so angry, I forgot all about the pain in my leg.

I was on my way home from picking my DD up. Stopped at a red light and the lady next to me had her newborn in the front seat (rear faced). It was a van, no kids in the back seats. I pray they have safe travels and someone tells her how it is unsafe. I couldn't get her attention or I would have. It gave me anxiety.

This is a group of ladies that are kind, encouraging, understanding and caring of any problems you may have ttc. You can ask all the questions you want, if this group is capable of answering, we will do so. But this group does not appreciate the TMI photos. We will report them. Up early still reeling from my last OB appointment. My MIDWIFE tried to force me into a cervical exam and Pap smear. 1) I just met you lady. You are not sticking your fingers inside of me. 2) they are both COMPLETELY UNNECESSARY have been known to cause miscarriages at my stage in pregnancy and offer zero benefits whatsoever. These "abnormal cells" that could show up in them are actually normal during pregnancy and can change throughout. They are invasive, UNNECESSARY and its rude to even ask me...
