I hated being teased in middle school for having cheap Spaulding sneakers (Payless) but I had no control over that.
My mother did not want me having expensive Nike or Any of the stuff that was hip for that time.
Kinda dumb that kids did that. We went to school to learn. Not a stupid fashion show lol. I wish I had never stressed the dumb little things like popular attire in school.
