My worst ones are on my inner thigh she hasn't asked about them much but when she does I tell her my boo boos are healed

I haven't cut myself in six years, my wrist is so scared up that it keeps me from being a confident mother and human. One day my daughter will see them and think it's okay, when it's not. I'm sorry you're feeling this way. Stay strong. Your daughter needs you, safe and happy.
I understand this feeling, but don’t scar yourself up mama! Your baby girl wouldn’t want to see her mom hurting like that! Reach out to someone if you need to talk, there’s a ton of alternatives to self harm that will help you feel better. Go take a walk if you can to clear your head. I hope you get through whatever you’re going through ❤️
Sadly I can't go on a walk it's to cold and I don't have anyone to really talk to so I'm just in the back room crying
Its so hard when that feeling comes but my son is 4 and asks why I have so many boo boos on my body and that's what keeps giving me the strength to not do it
