So i got my period back at 3m pp and then it was normal and regular until 5m pp and its been insane…

So i got my period back at 3m pp and then it was normal and regular until 5m pp and its been insane since. I track my periods and theyve been a mess. I bleed when im supposed to be ovulating, my periods are late and unpredictable. Its like im having two periods a month, ones just a little lighter with zero cramping. Both my period and the bleeding last four days. Now im noticing that i look so bloated that i actually look pregnant! My period is 3 days late now, tests ive taken are negative so far. But im so bloated i FEEL like ive got pregnant belly going on. My diet hasnt changed at all, and ive never had problems with bloating before now. Has anyone experienced this? Not sure if i need to call my OB? I dont want to call and them not take me serious if it turns out a common problem. I also am not any more gassy, no constipation either so i dont think its caused by either.
