i grabbed some elderberry syrup tonight at Sprouts! Faye hates gummies (weirdo - I love gummies), so I’m happy to find the kids liquid version. She said she “loved it” haha. So that’s good!

My boy's take the elderberry gummies. They really haven't been sick since the start of the school year. My oldest did just have influenza b though because a kid was coughing in his face.

Some have honey, just watch for that. I got some meds with elderberry and that night he didn't cough at all.🤷♀️ they also say if you can use local that helps even more. I was going to get it this year but I'm like what if it's just hyped up! Lol let us know if your littles get sick!

Oooh good to know thank you! Our pediatrician said to give my daughter a teaspoon of honey for her cough every 4 hours and it seems to help.

the only thing we have dealt with so far is a stomach bug and the school admitted to me they weren’t sanitizing the desks 🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️
