What's the best way to cook ribs for dinner?
Mommas, looking for dinner ideas tonight please NO CHICKEN
We usually just stick with the basics:
Baked/fried pork chops, chicken, spaghetti, chili, vegetable soup, hamburger helper, frito pie/poncho, tacos, steak etc
It’s only me, my three yr old, and my SO. I said no to chicken because my SO has ate chicken all weekend lmao and he said chicken again tonight and I’m like please no 😂 he said maybe ribs. Never cooked ribs before. What’s the best way to cook them? Also looking up ideas online just figured I’d ask

I slow cook mine in the oven at 275 for about 3 hours. I wrap them in foil for the first 2.5 hours, then I open the foil for the last half hour.

You could do them in an instant pot if you have one. I have a couple recipes

Also I make my pork chops with a honey garlic glaze. About a 1/2cup honey, a quarter cup soy sauce and worschester, 1/2 cup brown sugar and 2 tablespoons of chopped garlic (i use the minced in the jars). Mix it well, and coat the chops in the glaze, pan fry adding additional glaze for about 10 mins flipping the chops. Then after that pop em in the oven at 350f for 30mins flipping and basting ever 10mins
