It may take time but don’t give up. Maybe put her in the bed and read her a story, get a night light, and give her her favorite blanky or stuffed animal to sleep with. And just explain to her her every night that she is a big girl now and it’s time to sleep in her big girl bed. It’s gonna be hard but keep trying

I started slowly. I skipped the crib as my tot got her leg stuck between the slats at 3 months old (brand new crib regulation for the slats was right).

At 15 months we started with a twin size bed on the floor and i started with snuggling her to sleep. Once asleep I moved to my bed. And slowly worked with making her sooth her self to sleep. I would hang my hand off my bed so she knew I was still there and she got the hang of it in about 2 weeks. And she slept on her own bed from then on. At 18 mo her room was done and we started the same process of cuddles till sleep and slowly she learned to sooth herself again. That process was a 4 month process.

My son was 13 months when I found out I was pregnant with my 2nd. I tried the crib with no success, so started putting him in a pack n play. With 2 months left in my pregnancy I bought a little toddler bed for our room and that's what worked. He didn't sleep in his own room until after 3.

I transitioned my 2nd to his crib at 1. I started with naps. He'd then fall asleep on me at bedtime and I'd move him, then eventually I tried with him awake. It took about 2-3 months to get it smooth where he wasnt crying and would ask to go to his bed.

I became pregnant when my daughter was about the same age as your daughter. I breastfeed for about 2 months and then pregnancy hormones made me dry up. I am still going through this same problem you have because she's an extremely dependent cosleeper
