It’s from the chubby cub cookbook. It’s chicken, straddling a can of Guinness. The coating is olive oil, mixed herbs, garlic and onion granules, paprika and salt & pepper.

Straddle, rub, Cook for 90 mins ish!

yep. Open, pour a little into the tray and then insert into chicken. It was kinda steaming from the inside when it was cooking x

No specifically Guinness. But a really nice flavour x

ahh that's good then don't particularly like guiness but deffinatly want to give it a try xx
