My hubby and I are wanting another child. I’m on the birth control shot now and suppose to back in a week or two for another shot. Do I need to go the doctor and tell them what we are wanting to do or do I just call and cancel it? Also how hard and how long did it take for any of you mommies that was on the shot to get pregnant after you stopped getting it?
I wanna get to know you ladies better ! :) so what's everyone's names, how old are you, what do you do for work, and how many kiddos do you have?! Share if you want :) I'm just curious is all.
My doctor also recommended me getting the flu shot while pregnant ? I'm not sure if I want to or if i should ? It's all scary to me !! What do you ladies think ? Did you get the flu shot while pregnant ? Are there any risks? Or should I wait ? I'm so scared of taking anything while pregnant , much less getting this shot.. He said it isn't mandatory , just recommended.

Do you really think the way you are raised Has no impact on when and how you decide to have sex? I read a comment on another thread that really rubbed me the wrong way. Something about how teens have sex and there's just no stopping it no matter how you raise them.

Yes you would cancel it and usually it takes up to 6months to a year for most women to get pregnant sometimes way less! It took me 9 months to conceive after the depo shot

It took me 4 years to get pregnant after stopping depo and I only had 3 shots it messed me up I would definitely see your dr every woman is different but it took me 4 years to get pregnant

Took me about 5 years. But I also took it for like 3 years.

It took two years to get my cycle back to normal after being on it 18 mos or so
