My sons umbilical cord had a little blood come out I never seen that for my other two kids is that fine or normal I’m freaking out he goes to the doctor in the morning so i will be telling her about it I’m just scared

Not to clean around the cord ? I guess everyone is different that’s how my kids looked and they said it was fine just to clean around the cord not the actual cord that’s still
Attached but even after mines fell
Off it was still wet like it wouldn’t dry so they put some ointment on it that dried it up and it healed great

I freaked out when blood came off of my 2nds lol I called the doctor and everything and she told me it was okay. That didn’t happen with my first so I was a little worried lol

Lol that’s normal you need to get alcohol swabs that’s what they gave me and it will dry up and fall off
