Question ladies. For those who don't really have someone to take care of your kids who will take care of your kids once its time for you to give birth? Sucks to have my mom in another country. I was thinking about hubby taking care of our kids while I'm giving birth

Worst case scenario just show up with the kids. What are they really going to do? Tell you to hold the baby in until someone gets your kids? 🤣
We was in this situation and my ob was fully ready to have my daughter in the room for the birth of my son! I had a playpen packed, colors, coloring books and a tablet! My hospital said it was up to the attending doctor. I hope it works out, love!

I was in the same situation my husband had to take care our daughter and they stayed with me until visiting hours were over 😩...
It sucks .... so was he in the waiting room with them?

I asked my mom to take her vacation around my due date. My husband will be in there when I deliver but he has to go back and get our daughter so I'll be alone until it's time to go home. We dont want her to stay too long with my mom
Aawwww really? How did that go? I was planning on doing the same thing but ima have to check and see if they allow that at my hospital
@guevaramelissa08, idk if they allowed it I didn’t have a choice my daughter was there running all around the room I don’t have family when I had my second ...then with my third we left them with my husbands friend at the last minute and I came home to a trashed house and they were filthy I was so pissed I should have just let them sit in the hallway smh

Question: first time mom here! How long is it best to only rest, heal,take care of self, take care of baby only after giving birth?

If we didn’t end up having my mom or his aunt being able to, he was just gonna have to go home with them until it was time for me to come home.
